- $70k - $75k, full benefits, training and career growth
- IT Assistant Manager supporting daily technology operations, end-user support, system maintenance, and IT initiatives across the organization
- Act as a key resource between employees, vendors, and IT leadership to ensure technology needs are addressed and business operations run efficiently
- Troubleshooting support related to hardware, software, user access, technology deployments, and issue escalation
- Opportunity to work across multiple areas of IT while gaining exposure to projects, operations, and ongoing technology improvements, * Assist the IT Manager with the day-to-day operation and support of the company's technology environment while helping ensure employees have the tools and resources needed to be successful.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a primary resource for hardware, software, systems, and general technology-related concerns throughout the organization.
- Coordinate equipment deployments, user onboarding and offboarding, technology upgrades, vendor support activities, and other day-to-day IT operations.
- Support ongoing technology initiatives, maintain IT documentation and asset records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall IT effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, technology operations, or a related environment with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to support employees across multiple departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience serving as a lead resource, escalation point, mentor, or trusted technical contact is highly preferred
