Computer Upgrade Technician

• Upgrade units for customized orders with strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and care of product
• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop, laptop, and all-in-one computers, along with other electronics
• Self-starter who uses available resources to identify solutions to hardware and software issues

Experience with the following tasks with little or no instruction or supervision:

• Disassemble and inspect laptop computers (desktop knowledge assumed)
• Identify upgrade options by reviewing physical hardware
• Verify components and partitions using command prompt
• Re assemble units to a like new state

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1 to 3 years of computer hardware experience
• Ability to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team
• Strong understanding of basic mathematics
• Chinese language is preferred but not required
• Self starter who takes initiative and maintains a professional work ethic
