Job description
The IT analyst is focused on the support of business processes and digital solutions and acts as a key internal resource, drives effective utilization, configuration, and continuous improvement of IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data integrity. While contributing to solution design and implementation, the role also ensures the stable operation of IT services through hands-on support activities. Operating within a globally distributed IT team, this role combines engineering responsibilities with operational support for onsite and regional environments, including manufacturing systems. The position plays an active role in digital transformation initiatives, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while maintaining reliable day-to-day IT operations. The position is located is in our Berlin Commercial Headquarter in Berlin Mitte, weekly presence in our Technology Center in Berlin Adlershof is also required., Subject matter expert for IT systems and solutions involving applications, infrastructure, and end-user technologies Translation of business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations Driving digital improvements and quick wins using M365, Power BI, and AI-based tools Overall IT systems support (Windows, Android, iOS, Wyse Clients, barcode scanners, PLCs, etc.) across onsite and remote locations Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and service requests, including escalation where required Remediation of cybersecurity threats in line with corporate standards User guidance, training, and enablement for IT systems and processes
Additional Responsibilities may include
Documentation and records management Process guidance and onboarding support for employees Participation in Digital & IT projects and global initiatives Vendor engagement and coordination
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist for system integration, bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical education 2-3 years of experience in IT support and/or engineering-related roles Strong knowledge of the M365 ecosystem and cloud-based applications Proven support experience with business applications (CRM, ERP, MES) Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, network, servers, cloud environments) Hands-on experience with Windows domain environments, including command-line and scripting tools Advanced level of English
Desired Skills
Experience with scripting or modern programming languages, as well as data and automation Familiarity with Active Directory and deployment/imaging solutions Understanding of process optimization and digitalization approaches Additional language skills (e.g., Polish or Spanish) are an advantage High level of integrity and confidentiality Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
