• Customer advice and support (via remote session or on-site)

• Training in the IT sector (Systems Engineer (m/f/d), IT Specialist for Systems Integration (m/f/d), Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or similar) or equivalent professional experience
• Solid IT knowledge: Windows Server, virtualisation, firewalls and MS Office
• A friendly and confident manner
