Product Designer (UI/UX)

• Contribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay's design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Champion accessibility standards and best practices across all design output.
• Maintain and document shared design patterns and components., * Partner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from scoping and ideation to build and launch.
• Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels., * Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design work with clear evidence of product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact.
• Familiarity with API-first or integration-heavy platforms and AI-powered product experiences is a plus.
• Background in HR tech or global payroll is advantageous but not required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of AI tools to accelerate and sharpen the design process.
• Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and design tokens
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable using usage data and product metrics to inform and validate design decisions.
