Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design and embedded software development, with experience working on microcontroller-based systems and PCB design. Candidates who enjoy a practical, workshop-based environment and seeing their designs through to completion will be particularly well suited to the role., * Experience designing analogue and digital electronic circuits

  • PCB design and schematic capture experience
  • Embedded C and/or C++ programming for microcontrollers
  • Experience debugging and testing embedded systems
  • Understanding of EMC principles and compliance requirements
  • Experience with communication protocols such as DMX512, RDM or sACN would be advantageous
  • Degree, HNC or HND in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

This is a predominantly office and workshop-based position in Hertfordshire, offering the opportunity to work on bespoke projects spanning electronics, software, manufacturing and system integration within a collaborative engineering team.
