Job description
- Maintain and enrich product information within our Product Information Management (PIM) platform.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete and compliant with internal data governance standards.
- Support product launches by coordinating the creation, validation and maintenance of product records.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather, validate and update product information.
- Prepare and manage product data for syndication across digital, retail and eCommerce channels.
- Support ongoing PIM implementation activities, including data migration, cleansing and validation.
- Identify data quality issues and work proactively to resolve discrepancies.
- Produce reports on data quality, completeness and outstanding actions.
- Assist in developing and improving product data processes, documentation and best practice.
- Provide support and guidance to internal users on product information and PIM processes.

We are a global consumer products organisation offering a fully remote, UK-based 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. We are working on a large-scale product data transformation programme and offer a collaborative international environment with exposure to enterprise PIM technologies and cross-functional digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data or Master Data role.
- Hands-on experience working with inRiver PIM.
- Experience supporting or participating in PIM implementation projects.
- Experience managing product data syndication across multiple digital or retail channels.
- Strong understanding of product data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience working with large product catalogues and structured datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high volumes of data.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise data platforms would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within consumer products, retail, manufacturing or FMCG environments would be beneficial.
