Job description
- We own and maintain task flow within Linear, including tickets, prioritisation, and updates.
- We translate business requests into structured delivery tasks.
- We follow up on key actions and ensure deadlines are met.
- We support landing page updates and form or tracking changes.
- We coordinate reporting dashboard builds and data visibility.
- We chair and structure key business meetings, including ECRM weekly, Organic & SEO weekly, affiliates performance meetings, compliance working sessions, data alignment sessions, and rotational daily stand-ups.
- We ensure clear priorities, review of previous weeks actions, defined next steps, and accountability.
- We coordinate compliance sign-off processes.
- We support complaint audits and documentation.
- We ensure policy updates are reflected across channels.
- We embed regulatory requirements into campaign execution.
- We act as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Compliance.
- We ensure everyone understands weekly priorities.
- We align campaign requirements with operational capacity.
- We support content creators with compliance requirements and onboarding.
- We chair affiliate performance sessions.
- We track plans and delivery against targets.
- We support onboarding of new affiliate partners.
- We transition ownership where needed.
- We resolve urgent data discrepancies.
- We support media buyers with operational blockers.
- We manage day-to-day technical issues such as forms, tracking, and domain management.
- We respond quickly to leadership escalations.
- We contribute to reporting dashboards.
- We ensure cross-channel data consistency.

Requirements
- We have 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Operations, Product Owner, Operations Manager, or similar cross-functional delivery role.
- We have experience working within performance marketing, digital, lead generation, or a tech-led business.
- We have strong working knowledge of task and project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- We have experience coordinating delivery across marketing, product, and technical teams.
- We have proven experience chairing structured, outcome-driven meetings.
- We have experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- We have working knowledge of landing pages, tracking, CRM flows, and reporting dashboards.
- We have experience operating within a regulated environment such as FCA, financial services, legal, or similar.
- We have experience supporting compliance workflows and sign-off processes.
- We have familiarity with affiliate marketing models and performance-based partnerships.
- We have exposure to data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- We have understanding of marketing tracking infrastructure such as pixels, UTMs, attribution, and form integrations.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean is advantageous but not required.
