Responsible for conformance to standards of electronic hardware Contributing to design, and innovation of new features to respond to customer requirements Interface with sales to clarify customer needs, feasibility of requirements Support of production in calibration, set-up, and test Developing, and suggesting alternative solutions to customer requirements Dealing with all electronic manufacturing procurement including Bills of Materials Plus much more….. What will you need?? Experience of supporting electronics, and embedded processors in a control environment, Significant past experience in a similar role, Customer service focus with good interpersonal skills, Team player, able to collaborate with others, and willing to share ideas, Prepared to travel as, and when required. Skills Design of digital circuits utilising FPGA devices (ALTERA Cyclone), Design, and integration of embedded DSP (TI 54X and 67X series) and USB, Design of high quality, low noise analogue circuits for interfacing transducer signals to ADCs and DACs, Schematic Capture, and PCB Layout (using Altium if possible), Complex FPGA Design using VHDL in ALTERA Quartus, and Modelsim simulation, Help with support of existing embedded C software for DSP using Texas Instruments Code Composer.
