Salesforce Vlocity CPQ Architect

• We will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ and EPC solutions for Telecommunications clients.
• We will define scalable, high-performing enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• We will design and optimize Telecom product catalog structures, commercial offers, pricing models, promotions, bundles, and order capture processes.
• We will architect end-to-end CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, eligibility, decomposition, and orchestration.
• We will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• We will drive EPC data modeling, catalog hierarchy, lifecycle management, and versioning strategies.
• We will provide technical leadership across OmniStudio components.
• We will ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce Industries and external OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, CRM, ERP, middleware, and order management systems.
• We will define integration patterns using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware platforms, and microservices architecture.
• We will lead architecture governance, code reviews, solution reviews, and best practice adoption.
• We will support CI/CD implementation, DevOps processes, environment strategy, and release management.
• We will mentor developers, consultants, and junior architects on Salesforce Industries best practices.
• We will participate in client workshops, solution presentations, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.
• We will ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.

• LWC, We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity CPQ EPC Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Industries solutions for a leading Telecommunications client. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and development teams. We value strong solution architecture capabilities, hands-on Salesforce Industries expertise, and deep Telecom domain knowledge, and we expect the successful candidate to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and help shape secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions in a complex Telecom environment.

• We require strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ and EPC implementations.
• We require deep expertise in Telecom domain processes, including product catalog management, quote-to-cash, order management, product configuration, pricing and promotions, and customer lifecycle management.
• We require expertise with OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• We require experience with Salesforce Order Management and Industries order capture.
• We require strong understanding of Vlocity EPC modeling and enterprise catalog strategy.
• We require strong Salesforce platform knowledge, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• We require experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, ETL, and middleware technologies.
• We require knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• We require experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• We require familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
• We require prior experience working with Telecommunications clients.
• We require understanding of BSS/OSS ecosystems and Telecom business operations.
• We prefer experience with broadband, mobile, fiber, enterprise connectivity, or digital service offerings.
• We highly prefer exposure to TM Forum standards and Telecom data models.
