2nd Line IT Engineer

• We provide hands-on 2nd line technical support for network, software, system, and hardware issues, escalating where required.
• We support around 200 users across multiple sites.
• We work primarily with Microsoft technologies.
• We assist with the implementation and deployment of new applications and infrastructure changes.
• We contribute to IT project work.

• We require at least 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• We require experience supporting IT projects.

• We require experience with Entra ID / Active Directory.
• We require exposure to Azure services.
