Job description

  • You will be part of the Level 3 Service Support Team, analyzing, fixing, triaging, and coordinating live defects while closely collaborating with the development team.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure overall operations stability through proactive health and daily checks.
  • You will actively perform root cause analysis on various issues and lead them to resolution.
  • Using systematic methods, you will triage, research, diagnose, and provide workarounds or solutions to both technical and functional issues with the product.
  • You are expected to take ownership of all queries and issues, identify and escalate them to the relevant departments until resolved.
  • Adhering to agreed response time and resolution time service level agreements (SLAs) is essential.
  • Collaboration with a distributed team of developers, analysts, and business owners across all levels is a core part of the role.

Requirements

  • I am looking for someone with hands-on experience in Java 8 or above.
  • You should have experience writing JUnit tests.
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot is essential.
  • Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, is required.
  • You must have hands-on experience with Git and Jenkins.
  • A solid understanding of microservices architecture is necessary.
  • Familiarity with AWS services like ECS, EKS, S3, and SQS is expected.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and CI/CD practices is essential.
