Roles & Responsibilities Release Management
-
Own end-to-end Salesforce release planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment activities.

Manage multiple concurrent releases across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.

Establish release calendars and coordinate deployments across business and technology teams.
-
Ensure adherence to release governance, change management, and compliance requirements.
-
Coordinate release readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-deployment validations.
Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD
-
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
-
Automate deployment processes using AutoRABIT and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
-
Manage branching strategies, version control, merge processes, and code promotion activities.
-
Monitor deployment pipelines and proactively resolve deployment failures.
-
Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery improvements.
AutoRABIT Administration
-
Configure and maintain AutoRABIT Release Management, CodeScan, and Backup modules.
-
Implement deployment automation, rollback strategies, and release orchestration.
-
Manage metadata deployments across Salesforce environments.
-
Perform deployment validations and release audits.
-
Ensure compliance with enterprise release standards and controls.
Salesforce Platform Management
- Support releases involving:
o Sales Cloud o Service Cloud o Experience Cloud o Salesforce Integrations

Coordinate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, Product Owners, and Business Teams.

Assess release impacts and dependency management.
Environment & Change Management
-
Manage Salesforce environment strategy and refresh schedules.
-
Coordinate data migration and environment synchronization.
-
Review Change Requests (CRs) and deployment packages.
-
Ensure proper documentation of release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures.
Risk & Governance
-
Identify deployment risks and dependencies.
-
Lead release war rooms during critical production deployments.
-
Conduct root cause analysis for deployment failures.
-
Establish release KPIs and operational dashboards.
-
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
-
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce Release Management.

Hands-on experience with AutoRABIT Release Management and CI/CD implementation.
-
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Salesforce production releases.
-
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery models., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
