Hardware Systems Subject Matter Expert

NTA, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 30 years of experience supporting the development, integration and testing of weapon systems to include air defense, air-to-ground, artillery and related threat systems and components. Duties will focus on the development and demonstration of air defense interceptor systems and components to include launch platforms, emulators and test stations. This position will support various engineering activities to include operational and system performance analysis, launcher integration testing and flight test demonstrations. Required

• Recognized Hardware Systems Subject Matter Expert with over 30 years of experience

• Experience with US Army weapon system and component development, demonstration, test and evaluation

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and fabricating simulators, training aids, and test fixtures and structures.

• Strong understanding of system engineering principles and processes

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated organizational and technical management skills

• Systems engineering experience
• Operations experience
• Experience with configuration management of engineering drawings and revisions

Applicant must have a secret security clearance or be able to obtain a secret security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required.
