Requirements
UST is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst / Junior Developer who brings a blend of analytical thinking, hands-on coding ability, and strong communication skills., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
