This hybrid team member role focuses on delivering high quality operational and analytical support through advanced use of MS Excel and MS Office. The position involves managing data driven tasks, preparing clear reports, and supporting process improvements for business stakeholders., Support daily operational activities by preparing, updating and maintaining structured data sets using advanced MS Excel features to ensure accurate and timely information flow across the team. -Develop detailed reports and trackers using MS Excel and MS Office to provide clear visibility into key business metrics and support informed decision making for internal stakeholders. -Perform data validation, cleaning and reconciliation tasks using MS Excel functions to reduce errors and improve the reliability of recurring business reports and dashboards. -Document processes and work instructions in MS Office tools to create clear reference materials that help standardize team practices and enhance operational consistency. -Collaborate with cross functional colleagues through hybrid meetings and shared documents to gather requirements, refine report formats and ensure that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. -Analyze trends and patterns in operational data using MS Excel to identify potential process gaps and propose practical suggestions that support continuous improvement. -Prepare professional presentations and summaries in MS Office applications to communicate findings, recommendations and status updates to managers and partners in a clear and concise manner. -Manage task priorities and timelines using structured planning methods to ensure that recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests are completed within agreed schedules and quality standards. -Support audit and compliance needs by maintaining organized records, version controlled files and well structured logs in MS Office repositories that facilitate transparent reviews. -Coordinate with technology and operations teams to troubleshoot issues related to data inputs, file formats or template usage and work to prevent recurrence through better documentation and controls. -Contribute to the refinement of templates, checklists and standard operating procedures using MS Office tools to improve efficiency and consistency in team output. -Apply strong attention to detail while reviewing spreadsheets and documents to identify anomalies, missing information or formatting issues and correct them before final submission. -Engage in continuous learning by exploring new MS Excel techniques and MS Office features and applying them to improve report automation, data visualization and overall productivity., Build your best future with the Johnson Controls team As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to …
