Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitive activity; utilize these insights to refine content strategies.
  • Execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement while tracking performance through Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze media performance data regularly to evaluate campaign effectiveness using web analytics tools; prepare detailed reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and sales to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques to optimize content discoverability.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and digital marketing performance monitoring platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  • Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing for clarity and impact.
  • Knowledge of marketing online analytics, media performance analytics, branding strategies, e-commerce integration, and public relations best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
