Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients on the use and functionality of our software and applications. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients are able to maximize the benefits of our products and achieve their business objectives., Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and applications Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and functionality of our products Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues Assist with the implementation and configuration of our products for new clients Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features of our products and communicate them to clients Document and maintain client interactions and support activities in our CRM system Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team Contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other support materials Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction, This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role Strong knowledge of software applications and systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if necessary
