Job description

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support one of our partner companies in the healthcare industry. This position will be responsible for helping support end users with IT troubleshooting such as password reset and account provisioning through Active Directory, hardware and software troubleshooting, setting up new workstations, imaging PC's, and basic network troubleshooting. This position will be 100% onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position also supports a 24/7 environment and a rotating schedule which includes nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Previous help desk or desktop support experience, ideally 2+ years
  • Previous experience with Active Directory and account provisioning
  • Previous experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including peripherals such as printers
  • Previous experience with imaging PC's
  • Previous experience with basic network troubleshooting
  • Strong communication
