All our products are designed and built to work together as a complete system, enabling you to monitor, manage and control everything from one platform, Technical Support engineers at Crestron are the primary technical resource for our customers and partners. They are responsible for actively guiding our customers through the installation, configuration, and commissioning of their Crestron solutions. Technical Support engineers are able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues that arise during this process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Providing high level of business-to-business support and guidance to our customers and partners, both on a hardware and a software level.
  • Support our customers via phone, email, and chat to provide detailed and accurate case information.
  • Work with both direct team members and indirect team members to define solutions.

Requirements

  • Interested in home and building automation.
  • Passion for technology, IT, networking, A/V, and programming.
  • You are someone that has good communication skills in English and Dutch (any other language can be a plus).
  • You are hands on, problem solving and have an analytical mindset.
  • Experience with any programming language is a plus.
  • Team player.
