• AI Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and evolve the AI product vision, value proposition, and delivery roadmap across SI B PRO, aligning AI initiatives with business priorities, product roadmaps, engineering needs, and responsible AI principles
• Product Ownership & Value Delivery: Own and prioritize the AI product backlog, translate strategic objectives into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and ensure that delivered capabilities create measurable value for engineering teams and business stakeholders
• User Needs, Adoption & Change Enablement: Drive structured change management for AI-enabled ways of working across the software and firmware development lifecycle, ensuring that process adaptations, role impacts, training needs, communication, and adoption measures are clearly defined and embedded with development teams
• AI Solution Shaping & Functional Requirements: Translate complex AI opportunities into clear product requirements, workflows, user journeys, and MVP definitions, ensuring that technical solution concepts are turned into usable, scalable, and outcome-oriented capabilities
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Ensure AI products are developed and operated with appropriate guardrails for security, privacy, responsible AI, measurability, auditability, and regulatory alignment across enterprise and product development environments
• Platform, Toolchain & Ecosystem Integration: Drive product requirements for integration of GenAI capabilities with engineering toolchains, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and product development environments to enable scalable and interoperable implementation
• Innovation & Technology Evaluation: Monitor emerging GenAI trends, platforms, models, and vendors, and translate relevant innovation into product opportunities, business cases, roadmap decisions, and adoption recommendations for SI B PRO

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Informatics, Product Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in product ownership, product management, agile delivery, digital transformation, AI/ML, or software-driven technology environments, including exposure to Generative AI solutions
• Experience defining product visions, roadmaps, business value, user stories, acceptance criteria, MVPs, and measurable outcomes for complex digital or AI-enabled products
• Strong understanding of software and firmware development lifecycles, DevSecOps practices, and how AI can support engineering workflows in a scalable, secure, and well-governed way
• Good understanding of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory landscapes relevant to enterprise AI adoption
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business and engineering outcomes
• Experience working with cloud platforms, developer toolchains, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, agile teams, and cross-functional delivery models is highly desirable
• Fluent in English
