Job description

We are supporting a leading Swiss medtech company in the search for an SAP HR Application Manager to take ownership of a hybrid SAP HR landscape and support the business in a key operational and development role., Operate, support, and further develop the hybrid SAP HR system landscape.

  • Optimize HR processes across the employee life cycle.
  • Handle release, change, and incident management.
  • Provide 2nd-level support and resolve system issues.
  • Support time management and payroll-related processes.
  • Maintain and develop SAP interfaces with connected systems.
  • Support data quality, reporting, and migration activities.
  • Identify and implement AI use cases in HR, including SAP Business AI and SAP Joule.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar HR/IT application role, in an SAP HR environment. You should have strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, and be fully capable of managing and further developing the systems in line with HR business needs.

You need to be someone who can be confident in day-to-day application management, understanding HR processes, handling system support, and working effectively with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience* in a similar SAP HR/HR-IT application management role.
  • Strong knowledge of.*SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Experience in at least one of the following.*time management, payroll, HR process management, or SAP integration.
  • Experience contributing to.*HR digitalization or SAP transformation projects.
  • Good understanding of how to manage and support a hybrid SAP HR landscape.
  • Very strong German, minimum C1.
  • Professional English, minimum B2.
