(Senior) Consultant Microsoft Modern Workplace - Focus SharePoint & Collaboration

• Advising customers on the introduction and further development of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing SharePoint Online solutions (e.g. intranet, document management, team and project sites).
• Designing and implementing information architecture, permission models, and governance concepts within SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Integrating SharePoint Online into existing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments as well as adjacent collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, OneDrive).
• Supporting migration projects from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Conducting technical workshops and supporting presales activities and customer engagements.
• Analyzing customer requirements and creating technical concepts and documentation.
• Providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution in the SharePoint environment., Your personal contact Maikel will be happy to answer your questions and comments.

• Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with a focus on SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 (especially collaboration and content services).
• Experience in designing intranet, document management, or collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of information architecture, permission models, and governance concepts within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience in SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migration projects is an advantage.
• Understanding of modern workplace and cloud architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Customer-oriented working style with experience in consulting-intensive projects.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 or SharePoint are considered a plus.
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level.
