Assess clients' current IT infrastructure and ITOM processes Independently lead ITOM projects and sub-projects Design future-state ITOM solutions, including CMDB/CSDM architecture Run workshops, trainings, and client presentations (German & English) Provide functional/technical guidance during implementation Coach junior project members; support presales
Requirements
5+ years in infrastructure and application management Several years of verifiable, hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB/CSDM experience - this is a hard requirement. Candidates with only general ITSM background, or ServiceNow experience limited to the last 1-2 years, will not meet the bar for this role Solid understanding of IT as a service organization Monitoring tools, ITOM process knowledge, JavaScript a plus ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification preferred (please include credential ID/proof) German language proficiency at C2 level (business fluent), very good English Valid German work authorization and eligibility for German social security registration required - applications without EU/German work eligibility cannot be considered Structured, self-driven, strong communicator
