Artificial Intelligence (AI) Cloud Computing KI-/Machine Learning Development Machine Learning Python Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch models and infrastructure focused on enabling AI experiences in Chrome.
- Participate in design and code reviews for teammates and other Google/Chrome teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to turn requirements into technical solutions, deploy experiments, define datasets, perform evals and analyze results.
- Work independently on assigned tasks and turn high-level objectives into concrete engineering plans.
- Implement models within a system that agentically drives web sites with high quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- Experience programming in Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience testing, maintaining, or launching distributed software and developing in a cloud environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies in Chrome.
- Ability to be aware of the problems and to keep user journey's in mind.
- Familiarity with Agentic workflows and using Large Language Models (LLMs) to actuate the web.
