• Defining business requirements - Identifying relevant and necessary data for business analysis.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers to determine and identify appropriate data sources that meet business requirements, and to define new processes that improve data collection for analysis - Performing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities - Creating scalable and efficient data models for reporting purposes - Analyzing and visualizing data using technologies such as data mining, data exploration, Power BI, QlikSense, and Tableau, to generate insights that address business stakeholders' questions - Managing end-to-end analytical projects: from understanding business needs to effectively communicating analysis results through data storytelling.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear data requirements and actionable insights.
• Good understanding of data profiling, cleansing, and statistical analysis techniques to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented attitude with experience collaborating across functions, especially with Data Engineers, to align data solutions with business goals.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing analytical projects from requirement gathering to insight delivery.
• Fluent in English, enabling effective collaboration in multicultural environments., * Degree in engineering or scientific disciplines.
• 2-4 years of experience on projects in the industrial sector, preferably in consulting firms.
• Front-end development skills using Qlik and Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of PowerQuery.
• Knowledge of DAX language.
• Skills in statistics.
• Proficiency in English.

Additional Qualifications

• B2 in Italian is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
