Job description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will turn complex business challenges into predictive models and actionable insights that drive better decision-making. Working closely with both business and technical teams, you will develop scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact.

  • Build and improve predictive models and advanced analytics solutions;
  • Maintain and enhance existing data products and machine learning models;
  • Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end analytics products;
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science tools, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Identify opportunities to create business value through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

Do you have a passion for turning complex data into actionable business insights and driving data-driven decision-making within a dynamic commercial environment? We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will play a key role in developing and scaling advanced analytics solutions that directly support commercial business performance., * Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or another quantitative field;

  • 2-5 years of experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in a commercial or business environment;
  • Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning techniques;
  • Experience working with SQL and modern data platforms such as Databricks;
  • Knowledge of MLOps and DevOps tooling for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining models in production environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical analytical solutions;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Competitive salary package between €5,000 and €5400 aligned with experience and seniority;
