Job description

As an Administration Assistant in our ICT Department, you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative and financial support services, all directed by the Commercial Analyst. Here's what you can expect, * Provide comprehensive administrative support across the ICT Department, focusing on document control and financial administrative tasks.

  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled and accurately recorded.
  • Manage queries from the Corporate Finance team and internal ICT staff promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and draught a range of documents, including Word documents, Excel workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist with on-boarding new starters and exit management for leavers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Act as the primary contact for Corporate Finance regarding requisition and billing queries.
  • Support the Commercial Analyst with internal communications and monthly KPI reporting.

Requirements

  • A flexible, adaptable mindset, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence, as travel to different locations may be required.
  • Formal qualifications such as RSA II or NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service are desirable.
