We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, digital marketing, and multimedia tools within a collaborative environment. The ideal applicant will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of digital content strategies.

Digital Content Creator & Social Media Executive (On-Camera) role owning social content across multiple brands/stores to drive footfall, sales and brand growth. Core requirement: regularly feature in videos as the presenter/face of content (talking to camera, taste tests, launches, promos, behind-the-scenes).

Duties

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars for TikTok/Instagram (Reels/Stories).
  • Plan and execute promo campaigns and repeatable content series.
  • Film, edit and publish short-form videos end-to-end (hooks, captions, text overlays, audio).
  • Appear on camera regularly and deliver clear, engaging CTAs and product/promo messaging.
  • Create static posts, carousels and story templates (Canva) and maintain an organised content library.
  • Manage community: comments, DMs, repost UGC, keep brand voice consistent.
  • Run micro-collabs with local creators/food pages and occasional giveaways.
  • Track and report performance weekly; test and optimise formats, hooks and posting times.
  • Coordinate with store teams for filming, staff participation and quick approvals.
  • Develop and produce compelling written content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years social/content experience for a brand (multi-site/QSR a plus).
  • Strong short-form video filming + editing (CapCut/Premiere Rush or similar).
  • Confident on-camera presence (presenting, voiceovers, natural delivery).
  • Strong copywriting for captions, hooks and CTAs that convert.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, able to run multiple calendars and campaigns.
  • Comfortable filming in busy store environments and directing quick clips.
  • Nice to have: basic paid social boosting, influencer outreach, basic lighting/photography setup.
