Detego Professional Services (DPS), a division of the award-winning digital forensics and cyber security company Detego Global, is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Manager to lead and grow our rapidly expanding remote CCTV monitoring services business., * Develop and execute the strategic vision for DPS' remote CCTV monitoring and security services

• Take ownership of business development and revenue growth across the division
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth sectors
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Work closely with technical teams to design tailored security solutions that meet customer requirements
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Represent Detego Professional Services at industry events, client meetings, and conferences
• Drive the continued growth and expansion of our professional monitoring services
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new commercial opportunities

• An entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in CCTV, remote monitoring technology, or electronic security systems
• A strong commercial background with a successful track record in business development and revenue growth
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A deep understanding of remote monitoring, security operations, and incident management
• Experience building, managing, or scaling successful business operations
