  • Develop high-level solution architecture and detailed design documents that comply with Federal standards and security requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating technical discovery and aligning solutions with business strategies.
  • Partner with Technical Architects to ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and Federal compliance for Salesforce environments.
  • Mentor and lead development teams, Business Analysts (BAs), and QA resources to ensure the technical success of the program.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and partner with sales/business development teams to accurately estimate the level of effort for Federal bids.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience solutioning for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Proven working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to architect autonomous agents and generative AI solutions within a secure Government Cloud Plus environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with advanced expertise in configuration, customization, and business process modeling.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
