What You'll Do

Partner with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and operational leaders to define AI enabled transformation strategies.

Lead consultative discovery sessions focused on business outcomes before technology.

Deliver compelling demonstrations that connect finance, projects, procurement, assets, planning, field operations, and AI into a unified business story.

Develop deep expertise across Construction, Engineering, and Energy while becoming a trusted industry advisor.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to create exceptional customer experiences.

Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices.

Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences.

Mentor Solution Consultants and share industry expertise across the organization.

You may have built your career in construction operations, engineering services, energy and utilities, capital projects, ERP consulting, finance transformation, project controls, enterprise software, or business consulting. You enjoy solving complex business challenges, thrive in executive conversations, and believe AI will fundamentally reshape how projects are planned, delivered, and operated.
Requirements

7+ years of Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, Project Management, or related experience.

Experience supporting Construction, Engineering, Energy & Utilities, or adjacent industries.

Strong understanding of ERP, Project Accounting, Financial Management, Procurement, Asset Management, Planning, or Enterprise Applications.

Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
-
Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
