Job description
Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple Scrum teams supporting both Track A and Track B workstreams
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives) with focus on execution, not just facilitation
- Own delivery tracking across teams including sprint velocity, burndown, milestone progress, and overall program health
- Identify, escalate, and remove blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum
- Provide hands-on direction to offshore developers, testers, and analysts, ensuring accountability and clarity
- Orchestrate cross-team dependencies across workflows, data pipelines, and testing activities
- Support early discovery and planning activities, including workflow inventory and classification (simple vs complex)
- Ensure structured coordination of SIT and UAT, including validation of outputs between legacy (Alteryx) and new (Databricks) systems
- Own JIRA hygiene and reporting across all teams, ensuring accurate tracking of work, risks, and progress
- Enforce documentation standards in Confluence and across delivery artifacts
- Coordinate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineering teams, QA, and external vendors
- Maintain and manage RAID logs, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery, data, and timeline risks
- Ensure release readiness for all major milestones including MVP, SIT completion, UAT, and production go-live

- Demonstrated ability to drive execution under strict deadlines and complex delivery environments
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery management and documentation
