Level Two Site Support Technician

Insight Global is looking for a Tier two support analyst for one of our automotive suppliers. This is person will be working on Windows 11, remote support, infrastructure support and work within two different planet location

Familiar with engineering applications and test equipment would be a plus. Windows 11, O365, Teams, remote support, infrastructure support, network knowledge, server knowledge, good customer service skills and communication skills.

Compensation: $20/hr to $25/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
