Job description
The Licensed Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept development through construction completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements., Design Development: Lead the design process from initial concept through detailed design phases for commercial and residential buildings.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Technical Expertise: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory standards.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other professionals to integrate structural and technical systems into overall design concepts.
Construction Administration: Oversee construction activities to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university.
Licensure: Licensed Architect (RA) in [Texas].
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.
Skills:
