This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical programs under the responsibility of the Space Division. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM). This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, and service requests (servers, workstations, containers, networking, and storage), continuity of operations (backups and verified restore capabilities).
In this position, the chosen candidate will utilize their system administration and architecture skills as primary IT support for several classified environments.
Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly

U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility

Must have a DoD 8572 qualified certification such as CompTIA Security+
-
5+ years of experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux server environments and related software applications

Must have a solid understanding of Linux file permissions, and log-file troubleshooting tactics.

Direct work experience with scripting and automation (i.e., Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)

Demonstrated experience effectively performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Experience with DISA STIGs and Security Hardening of OS and applications

Experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting network issues

Experience with Operating Systems life cycle management and configuration management (i.e., Installation/Upgrades, System Imaging, Account Management, Print Services, integration with Domain Services, Hardware Modernization, Performance Monitoring, etc.)

Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., Nessus, Trellix, Splunk, ACAS, SCAP, etc.))

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Advanced IT certification such as RHCSA, MSCE, or CISSP Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
