Job description
- Provides field support services related to troubleshooting and repair of systems, performs software updates, and mentors soldiers in the execution of maintenance.
- Facilitates higher level repair of equipment. Ensures support equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained.
- Troubleshoots and repairs systems, performs software updates.
- Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems. Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from an accredited college or two-year technical school
- Two additional years of experience can be substituted for AA/AS degree requirement.
- Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain and obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Six years total experience with the testing of electronic equipment.
- Four years experience in the testing and trouble shooting of electronic subsystem installations in military systems.
Benefits & conditions
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).
Compensation Details: $80 - $85K
