The Work The Scalable, Supportable, Software-Defined, S-Band Radar (S4R) full time, on-site, Agile Scrum Master will work closely with Radar Product teams, programs, and functional management in ensuring successful Agile planning and execution. The Scrum Master will be responsible for efforts including the following:

Facilitating an agile software or systems development process including planning, scrum, sprint demos and retrospectives.

Tracking the team's Jira story and feature progress during each 10 week cycle.

Facilitating internal reviews for each teams' capacity, stories, features, and risks each cycle.

Ensuring Jira data integrity and accuracy, collecting agile metrics, and generating reports for relevant stakeholders at product reviews, staffing reviews, and management reviews.

Acting as an agile champion with a look ahead to Digital transformation and S4R process improvement.

Maintaining awareness of upcoming milestones and how they impact team plans and schedule.

Tracking and managing risks with respect to the teams' Agile plans.

Interfacing frequently with team leadership, program leadership and peer scrum masters to help manage the progress of teams through careful attention to agile metrics leveraged from Jira.

Establishing and maintaining a calendar for the product's agile & cycle planning activities.

Facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
Requirements

B.S in a STEM related field
-
Minimum 2 years of Agile Scrum Master Experience in a STEM related field

Experience supporting Agile Software or Systems development efforts

Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite

Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Clearance

Certified Scrum Master Desired Skills:
-
Experience as a Scrum Master in a Radar related field

Experience working with large product development efforts
-
Understanding of systems, software and test engineering processes

Understanding of agile productivity metrics Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration., Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Benefits & conditions
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
