Job description
This position provides Windows System Administration services including installation, integration and configuration of Windows, VMWare, and Hyper-V servers, as well Helpdesk services in support of the Stingernet Portfolio. This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware and software installations, backups, inventory, and service requests in the support of program area IT environments at the Waterton, CO campus.
Requirements

Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly

U.S. Citizenship required for access to the work facility

IAT II certification (Security+, etc.)

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Active Directory, roaming profiles, and user creation

Experience with desktop operating system, updates, and patching troubleshooting

Experience with hardware movement, installation, and accountability

Experience performing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software installations and support
-
Experience working in a teaming/collaborative environment
-
Knowledge of network support in a classified environment (encryption, etc.)

Experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)

Microsoft Service Manager experience / ServiceNow

Experience maintaining asset records for desktop hardware

Ability to lift 50 pounds Desired Skills:

Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Requirements

Experience with storage technologies (i.e., NetApp, Nimble, Racktop)

Knowledge of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, PowerShell, Scorch/Runbooks, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)

Experience working in heavy virtualized environments/private clouds (HyperV, VMware, Azure local, KVM, Nutanix)

Knowledge/understanding of Domain Name Services (DNS)

Managing advanced clusters and virtual desktop environments (RDS, HorizonView, Xen desktop)

Capable of supporting multiple tasks and customers with competing deadlines concurrently

Ability to create documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure risk reduction

Self-motivated, customer focused, and proactive Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
