Job description
- Develop and deliver software solutions for our modern Pouch System Controller
- Translate customer and system requirements into scalable, reliable backend systems
- Work across the full project lifecycle - from design and implementation to testing and go-live
- Build and optimize real-time logistics processes, system integrations and performance
- Collaborate closely with international teams across Austria, Germany and Poland
- Support commissioning and integration activities at customer sites., * Work with a modern tech stack (Kotlin, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD, AI tools)
- End-to-end responsibility and real impact on complex automation systems
- International collaboration and exciting customer projects

Requirements
Your Profile
- Technical education in IT or software engineering (HTL, FH, university or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development (Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.)
- Solid experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and modern deployment environments
- Experience with Git/GitLab and collaborative development workflows
- Strong understanding of clean code, architecture and testing
- Fluent in German and English
- Open to occasional travel (approx. 20-30 days/year)
Benefits & conditions
We offer a competitive salary based on the applicable collective agreement, starting at a minimum of EUR 4,000.00 gross per month. Depending on your experience and qualifications, there is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary.
