Senior SAP HCM ABAP Developer

• Weiterentwicklung zentraler SAP HCM Anwendungen in den Bereichen PA (Personaladministration), OM (Organisationsmanagement) und Learning Solution
• ABAP Development im Kernsystem sowie technische Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
• 3rd Level Support inklusive Fehleranalyse, Debugging und nachhaltiger Problembehebung
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender End-to-End SAP HCM Prozesse
• Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in skalierbare technische Lösungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von UI- und Fiori basierten Anwendungen

• Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) oder mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von SAP HCM Lösungen sowie fundierte Erfahrung in den Modulen PA, OM und Learning Solution
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ABAP und/oder SAP UI5
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sicheres Auftreten im Stakeholder Umfeld
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
