Technical Strategy Leadership: Lead the architectural direction and execution of sophisticated features, ensuring every component is scalable and production-ready.

System Architecture: Engineer resilient solutions for intricate challenges such as background location services, offline data sync, and intelligent routing within Android constraints.

Engineering Excellence Champion: Identify technical debt early, optimize our multi-module framework, and enhance the development lifecycle through CI/CD and automation.

Team Elevation: Mentor fellow engineers through coaching and rigorous code reviews, fostering a culture of collaborative knowledge exchange.

Product Influence: Partner with Product Managers and backend guilds to shape the technical roadmap in alignment with long-term organizational objectives.

Technical Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of features, from defining Microservice API contracts to the final UI implementation.

Problem Solving: Resolve complex engineering hurdles involving background services, data synchronization, and dynamic pathfinding.

Requirements
- Core Competencies: Extensive professional mastery of Kotlin alongside advanced proficiency in Jetpack Compose UI development.
- Architectural Expertise: Comprehensive command of Android structural patterns, including multi-module environments, Dependency Injection, and MVVM principles.
- System Mastery: Expert-level capability in navigating OS-level hurdles such as background service persistence and sophisticated battery optimization strategies.
- Distributed Systems: Demonstrated success interfacing with backend APIs within microservice frameworks, emphasizing the creation of isolated, modular software components.
- Craftsmanship: A dedicated focus on high-quality code design that values operational performance as much as long-term maintainability.
