• Experience: 2 - 4 years of professional experience in software/product engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products (being a former founder or early engineer at a start up who built a product from scratch is a big plus!).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and in building full stack applications (experience with TypeScript and Terraform are a plus). Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure.
• AI Native: Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs
• Engineering Mindset: You don't just "build what's on the ticket." You think about why something needs to exist, who it serves, and how it fits into the broader Unum vision.
