Shrewsbury College is seeking a talented Systems Developer to join our Technical Services team. This is a varied role that combines software development, database management, reporting, systems integration, automation, and emerging AI technologies. You'll play a key part in developing and supporting business-critical applications, integrations, and business intelligence solutions that support staff and students across the College.

We're looking for someone with strong experience across web development, SQL Server, reporting and data analysis, who is equally comfortable developing bespoke applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, working with Microsoft 365 technologies, and exploring new automation opportunities. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Power BI, cloud services, scripting, and systems integrations will be highly valued.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across a broad technology stack, learning new technologies, and delivering practical solutions that make a real difference to the organisation.
