Job description
- Build and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and overall observability
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative engineering
- Automate operational toil to free up engineering time
- Enhance SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical services
- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to improve release stability
- Drive disaster recovery and business continuity improvements and reliability initiatives
- Conduct capacity planning and performance testing

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong experience with AWS; Azure is a bonus
- Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and CDK
- Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform and CDK
- Calm under pressure with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for reliability, automation, and clean infrastructure code
