Job description

UTE Energy & Infrastructure Services Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Manager to oversee energy, utilities, and infrastructure project delivery. This role is ideal for a project leader with strong experience in planning, coordination, contractor management, and operational delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage infrastructure and energy-related projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, site teams, schedules, and project resources.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, quality standards, and project milestones.
  • Support utilities, facilities, construction, and infrastructure service delivery.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, forecasts, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Resolve project delays, resource issues, site concerns, and delivery risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in infrastructure projects, energy services, utilities, construction, engineering, facilities, or project management.
  • Previous project management or site coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, contractor management, budgeting, risk control, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and operational priorities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management software, reporting tools, and scheduling systems.

Pay: £48,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
