Job description

DeepShores Energy & Infrastructure Ltd is looking for an experienced and organised Infrastructure Projects Manager to oversee infrastructure planning, project delivery, site coordination, and operational support across energy and infrastructure-related projects. This role is ideal for a strong project management professional who can coordinate teams, manage timelines, support compliance, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

  • Manage infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery and completion.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and site activities.
  • Work with engineers, suppliers, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, documentation, and operational recommendations.
  • Support procurement, contract coordination, and supplier management.
  • Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are followed.
  • Identify practical solutions to project delays, operational issues, and resource challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement across infrastructure delivery and project management processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in infrastructure projects, construction project management, energy projects, engineering coordination, utilities, facilities, operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous project management or site coordination experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgets, risk management, and contractor coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and changing project priorities.
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, project management tools, reporting systems, and documentation platforms.
  • Good understanding of health and safety, compliance, quality control, and service delivery.

Pay: £37,536.46-£80,524.71 per year
