Enterprise Architect

candidate will play a key role in bringing clarity, direction and consistency to a complex technology landscape whilst helping delivery teams move with confidence. The Opportunity As Enterprise Architect, you'll be responsible for establishing the architectural principles, standards and target-state roadmaps that will underpin the organisation's future technology strategy. Rather than acting as a central approval function, you'll work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to create practical guardrails that enable innovation whilst balancing security, resilience, operational effectiveness and cost. What We're Looking For * Experience in Enterprise Architecture or a comparable senior architecture capacity. * A track record of simplifying technology estates and reducing technical debt. * Strong knowledge across cloud, SaaS, integration, platforms and infrastructure. * Experience working within modern Microsoft and Azure environments. * An understanding of API-led and event-driven architecture principles. * The ability to influence delivery teams and business stakeholders through collaboration rather than control.
