Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Store Operations Specialist (IT Help Desk) opportunity with a company that needs strong support at the intersection of store operations and IT systems. Our team is looking to highlight a Store Operations Specialist (IT Help Desk) opportunity where the selected candidate will help support store-facing systems, evaluate business needs, and contribute to operational improvements across cross-functional projects., * Support store associates, management, and field management with procedural and technical issues related to store systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and Store/Field Operations teams on system projects, assessments, design, development, pilot, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prepare and present data, information, and business cases to support operational decisions and ongoing project discussions.
  • Complete end user testing, support right sizing of IT assets and hardware, and conduct onsite store assessments as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in retail management or a technology/systems background.
  • Experience providing problem solving, procedural, and technical support for store systems, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systems.
  • Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint experience.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and Canva.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with onsite presence in Framingham, Massachusetts.
