UI/UX Designer

• Designing clean and modern user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS & Android)
• Creating intuitive dashboards for web platforms and internal telecom systems
• Developing wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Maintaining and evolving design systems and component libraries
• Ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
• Collaborating with UX and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimizing user journeys based on customer feedback, usability testing, and performance insights
• Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and accessibility standards

You will work with the UI/UX team to achieve the contribution to Africell's mission of bringing affordable, fast, and secure mobile connectivity to millions of customers across Africa.

The ideal applicant will have at least 2-5 years' experience in:

• UI/UX design, preferably within telecommunications, technology, fintech, or digital services.
• Designing mobile-first and responsive digital products.
• Mobile applications (self-care apps).
• Customer onboarding and digital registration journeys.
• Mobile money and digital payment platforms.
• eCommerce and online sales channels.
• Customer support and self-service solutions.
• CRM and telecom customer management systems
• Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping).
• Strong understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
